Toilets in Stockholm shows the city's public toilets on a map, sorts them by walking distance and walks you there. If something isn't working, the answers below cover the usual suspects — and email always works.

Locations come straight from the City of Stockholm's open data and refresh every time you open the app. Opening hours, fees and accessibility are not part of the city's feed, so the app bundles the best publicly available information — when something isn't known for sure, the app says so ("Fee may apply") or leaves it out rather than guessing.
The city is replacing many public toilets during 2026–27, so the map can temporarily disagree with the street. The app can only be as right as the city's data — but email me anyway; if the data source has an issue I want to know.
Walking routes and travel times come from Apple Maps. If a route looks wrong, it usually looks wrong in Apple Maps too — reporting it there fixes it for everyone.
The Open now, Accessible and Free filters only show toilets the app is confident about. If a filter empties the map, clear it with Reset in the filter sheet.
The app is free and always will be. Tips are one-off purchases handled by Apple — they unlock nothing and are not restorable, they're just appreciated. Billing questions are best handled by Apple Support.

Positionerna kommer direkt från Stockholms stads öppna data och uppdateras varje gång du öppnar appen. Öppettider, avgifter och tillgänglighet ingår inte i stadens data, så appen använder bästa tillgängliga offentliga information — och när något inte är säkert säger appen det ("Ev. avgift") eller utelämnar det hellre än gissar.
Staden byter ut många offentliga toaletter under 2026–27, så kartan kan tillfälligt skilja sig från verkligheten. Appen kan bara vara så rätt som stadens data — men mejla gärna ändå; om datakällan har problem vill jag veta det.
Gångrutter och restider kommer från Apple Maps. Ser en rutt fel ut brukar den se fel ut även i Apple Maps — rapportera den där så blir det rätt för alla.
Filtren Öppen nu, Tillgänglig och Gratis visar bara toaletter appen är säker på. Om ett filter tömmer kartan, rensa med Rensa i filterarket.
Appen är gratis och kommer alltid att vara det. Dricks är engångsköp som hanteras av Apple — de låser inte upp något och kan inte återställas, de är bara uppskattade. Betalningsfrågor hanteras bäst av Apples support.
